Ivan was born in Moscow, Soviet Union, in 1990 and adopted by a Spanish family in august 1991. He was the first Russian baby adopted by Spanish parents. He collaborates with I'm Adopted since 2016 for Spanish speakers audiences. He advises and helps adoptees from Russia to find information about birthplaces and birth families. He helps with translations, social media, and websites.
He made an awesome journey to meet his biological family in Russia and Armenia.
Now, he lives in Chicago with his wife Nicki.
